Giovanna Eusebi hosts a guided dinner with Michelin-starred chef Felice Sgarra from Umami Restaurant, Andria. 

The dinner promises to offer the very best of the Castel Del Monte area’s food and wine products, within a classy and relaxed atmosphere. Eusebi Deli’s staff and chef Felice Sgarra will come together to let the guests experience an authentic andriese dinner, prepared with the best and freshest products, together with DOP extra virgin olive oils and DOC wines from the Castel del Monte area. 

Chef Felice Sgarra is a passionate promoter of Italian gastronomy, he marries his innovative cooking approach to the authentic tradition and high-quality products. 

The event is organised in collaboration with La Strada dell’OlioLe Strade dei Vini Castel del Monte, Umami RestaurantConsorzio della burrata di Andria and under the patronage of Comune di Andria.
