Italian Cuisine Week with Celebrity Chef Fabio Campoli

 

As part of the celebrations of the First Italian Cuisine Week we are pleased to present an evening with Celebrity Chef for Scotland, Fabio Campoli.

The evening will feature fine Italian produce from Valcomino in central Italy. The Comino Valley offers fabulous gastronomy in keeping with local traditions and by means of unmatched artisanal craft.

Chef Fabio Campoli is a passionate promoter of the Italian cultural and gastronomic heritage and is well known for his innovative approach to cooking.

Fabio Campoli is also the founder of il Circolo dei Buongustai

During the evening there will be live music with the Rossoantico Band, which was founded in 2007 by Antonio Pascuzzo.

Antonio Pascuzzo (classical guitar) will be playing with Carmine Ioanna (Italian accordion), Davide Gobello (acoustic guitar) and Mario Dovinola (piano).
