On occasion of the second Settimana della Cucina Italiana nel Mondo 2017, celebrity chef Fabio Campoli and the network Il Paniere di Sardegna are making their way up to Scotland to showcase traditional food and wine from Sardinia. The event will offer a unique opportunity to taste delicacies and to learn the story of Sardinian heritage and cuisine, through the words of the Sardinian representatives of the network Il paniere di Sardegna and through the amazing delicacies prepared by Chef Fabio Campoli.

Chef Fabio Campoli is a passionate promoter of the Italian cultural and gastronomic heritage and is well known for his innovative approach to cooking.

Il Paniere di Sardegna is a network of Sardinian producers that share not only the common passion for good food, nature and good wines, but also a great love for their land.
