Blending political history with intimate human drama, the film explores the life and ideals of Italian Communist leader Enrico Berlinguer during a pivotal moment in Italy’s modern history. Through a powerful and deeply personal lens, The Great Ambition reflects on leadership, conviction, and the enduring tension between political ideals and reality.
The film will be screened in Italian with English subtitles.
