The Embassy of Italy in London is conducting a tender action using the open procedure pursuant to articles 27 and 33 of Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on public procurement in accordance with the Ministerial Decree dated 2 November 2017 no. 192/2017 and the general principles of Legislative Decree dated 31 March 2023 no. 36 (Italian Public Contract Code), for the purpose of procuring the following services:
- Travel Agent services. The annual value of the Services is approximately £380,900.00, VAT excluded. The auction base for 36 months contract, plus 12 months of possible extension, is therefore £1,523,600.00 VAT excluded.
The Tender wishes to award a national framework agreement for Travel Agent Services, which will allow the Embassy and other Italian Authorities (Contracting Bodies) in UK to procure a number of services from a supplier framework.
